Once the balsamics have gone through this process, the black stuff only gets smoother over time and will never go off.

Straf sap is a fruity balsamic vinegar with added organic candy sugar, delicious in salads, on ice cream and in cocktails or mocktails. For a hearty appetite in the winter months, there are also vinegar-based pickles and chutney. Both contain ginger and turmeric, but otherwise offer very different flavours.
