The most frequently asked questions and answers regarding the garden and plant days:

A day ticket is valid on one of the three days in June or one of the two days in September.

A weekend ticket guarantees you access on all three days of June.

Residents of Heers can enter free of charge on any of the open garden days upon presentation of their identity card.

Dogs on a lead are permitted.

After completing your ticket purchase online, you will receive a QR code via the email address you provided. Still haven't received an email? Please check your spam folder first. Depending on your settings, our email may occasionally end up in your spam folder.

Admission is free for children under 12.

Members of a recognised garden or nature association pay €11 per person at the cash desk upon showing their membership card.

The castle grounds and the exhibitors/participants are accessible by wheelchair.

However, the lower-lying vegetable garden is not accessible for wheelchairs.
Enquire at the Hex info stand.

 

There is a spacious car park on Hekslaan opposite the castle. GPS car park: Hekslaan 55, 3870 Heers.

Please follow the parking attendants' instructions.

 

There is a plant creche opposite the till. Plants and other purchases can be left in safekeeping free of charge during opening hours.

A plant shuttle takes your plants from the plant holding area to a collection point in the car park.
