The Nursery for Distinctive Perennials in North Limburg, the Netherlands, is renowned for its unique range of hardy garden plants. At this small-scale nursery, the plants grow at their own pace, naturally without the use of pesticides. Visitors appreciate the expert knowledge and planting advice, as well as the larger plants (pot sizes). Nursery owner Marcel de Wagt also breeds his own varieties, including Monarda, Coreopsis, Baptisia, Helenium, Asters and Kniphofia.
