MALPERTUIS BOOKSHOP

Malpertuis bookshop in Genk was founded in 1993 and for a long time was the last independent bookshop in Limburg. It is a paradise for any lover of literary books, with an extensive range, offering something for everyone. Anything not in stock is gladly tracked down and ordered quickly – and that applies to Dutch-language as well as foreign-language books. They also regularly organise readings and events with authors such as Ilja Leonard Pfeiffer, Stefan Brijs, Bart Van Loo, Tom Lanoye, Jan and Wim Peumans, Lize Spit, Marieke de Maré, Rick de Leeuw and many others. Everyone is most welcome!
